If there was ever an unattainable goal, it would be to please everyone that you ever met.
This is because everyone is different and certain things that make you lovable also makes you despicable to others.
Despite this, many of us still fall into the trap of aiming for universal appeal, because we find it difficult to pick people not to please.
Strong artists eschew this goal right from the get go and know who matters to them and who doesn’t.
