Hope doesn’t exist isolated.
It comes paired with fear.
So fear and hope are really different sides of the same coin.
If your leading value is hope, then it pays to elaborate on the fear you are dealing with.
Political paranoia?
Social anxiety?
Loneliness?
Otherwise your hope becomes vague and generic and unconvincing.
And there’s not much currency in that.
