If you cannot explain what change you are seeking in your culture, it is likely your creation lacks an intention.
And there’s nothing wrong with this.
But at the same time don’t expect other people to give a shit about it either.
Because if you aren’t changing anything, you probably aren’t making an impact either.
When we devote ourselves to change, people who want the same change passionately advocate for us.
It bears repeating that the story of change is an exciting story.
Not the one where nothing happened.
