Healthy rivalry is powerful.

The fire, the passion, the insatiable drive to make things happen.

But if our happiness is contingent on being better than others, it is likely (by definition) that 99% of us will remain unhappy.

When we as a group of artists create better work and bring more vibrance to our culture, everyone wins.

So the happiest, most productive artists I know simply strive to better them selves, and share and help others do the same.

We all win if we want us to.
